I haven't tried WP Touch but let me try to help you. What's the issue exactly? I checked your site via mobile and looks fine. Also, I don't think the warning in the caching plugin causing this issue.

Yes it shows in general. My theme I have loaded isn't showing. It should be logo first (centered), then two rows of menu, then the artwork. What shows now is a default theme or something, I not sure.
