A couple thoughts that may be effecting this:
1. In the "WP Super Cache Settings" I have this warning. "Warning! Garbage collection is not scheduled!"
As I mentioned in the first post I did have and then deactivated the "wp-touch" plug-in.
2. My header logo is a animated gif. I don't know if that is causing issues with it displaying correctly?
