Thanks!... we're using the standard Twenty Twelve theme for this test (http://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwelve).

What I did was removing the navigation, sidebar and footer (content) from header.php, single.php and footer.php. You can find the original theme files (v1.4) and modified theme files (v1.3) below, as well as the screenshot for the plugin settings page below:
