I have not made any changes to the CSS. I just deactivated the mobile pack, but I still see the blue banner at the top and the problem with the screen cutting off.

Hi Pchhetri, the code i gave before is a conditional code based on screen size. max-width: 977px the size of tablet pc. so, any screen size which lower than 977px of width will load this css code
