Ok I disabled all plug-ins (btw the only new one I activated was the Jetpack since I updated customizr) tested the site and it didn't work.
I deleted and reinstalled Customizr, problem is still there.
I'm on a deadline, I really don't want to change the theme, so any help would be great!
