Could you try to deactivate your slideshow plugins? One of them seems to create a Javascript error that creates problems with all other features using Javascript on your site.

"nggShowSlideshow" probably refers to the NextGen Gallery plugin. They've had a few issues in the last version of the plugin, so you might want to look at the support forums for help:
