You are using qtranslates widget which doesn't have a css class for the text area. so there is nothing I can add to hide the text in mobile.
Also You have also added css that is badly coded and makes your topbar not mobile friendly. It's hard to suggest an css when the first step is to remove all that you've added in regards to the topbar. Plus because It's impossible to do what you want with the qtranslate widget I don't know where to start?
