Thanks for persevering with this Jeremy. Had already flushed the cache but to no avail. Have disabled the plugin for now. Maybe I should also ditch Cloudflare?
The theme doesn't support menus unfortunately (which was why hoped switching might do the trick) - have added one via a Custom Widget as suggested but that doesn't seem to have made any difference.
