That page is still cached by WP Super Cache. Once you've activated the options I mentioned in my last post, you'll want to flush your cache to make sure you delete all cached versions of your site.

Jetpack's Mobile Theme will display the menu that you've assigned to the Primary Menu location under Appearance > Menus in your dashboard. As long as your theme includes a Primary Menu location, you don't have to switch themes. Could you go to Appearance > Menus, and make sure you've assigned a menu to the Primary location?
