sarsells57 on "navigation wrapping to second line"

I have taken over the creation of a website for a non profit organization I help raise money for.
I have taken over the creation of their website, and for now am just populating it, before I make any design changes.
I am using the twenty twelve theme, and have noticed that when view on my ipad, the menu is wrapping. The site is at http://www.helpingpaws.co.uk
Is this theme not tablet/phone compatible? If it is, is there something I can add to the css to help prevent this?
I noticed that on a wordpress.com site I just added, that the menu comes up as a dropdown box on my ipad, is there a plugin or anything that can do this for the Helping paws site?
