First of all thanks for the kind words and for downloading and using the plug-in!
Ok, lets go through your issues shall we...
a) I can see you have different images for the 2 pages which is odd... I can only think you may have a caching plug-in that needs refreshing.
b) The menu title is in the admin area title "Menu Button Title".
c) This appears to be coming from another menu on your site probably built into the theme (there is one with the title "Press To See Menu" with a downwards arrow), this is what is messing up the design and causing the issues.
You can try adding #top-menu to the admin option "CSS of Menu To Hide" and see if this helps fix it.
Alternatively, you will need to remove the other menu from the theme as it is conflicting with my plug-in unfortunately.
