It looks like there's some CSS that's hiding Meta Slider at certain widths.
The slideshow will always be as wide as the container it is in. Between 975px and 480px the responsive CSS for the content seems broken - it skips around the page. Please ask your theme developer to fix this, once that is fixed I am sure Meta Slider will start scaling with it.
