Ok, so I figured out that adding the following will fix the mobile phone drag/drop portion:
wp_enqueue_script( 'jquery-touch-punch' );
Now the problem is that CK editor doesn't work and the send button doesn't seem to be working on there either. Tried with Dolphin Browser and Chrome on Android. Don't have any apple devices to test with for the time being.
