annecartridge on "Problems with mobile header"

Hello everyone. Currently I am having problems with a responsive theme for my website. Basically, I have removed the piece of code that enables the website to become mobile in the header.php

When I try to access the website on a mobile device (in my case an iPad) part of the header breaks to the next line leaving a block out. Here is an image which shows you what it looks like on a iPad.

P.S The theme I am using is Luminus by WPEden but the HTML code has been edited a lot
