huwmatword on "Site menus not showing on mobile and tablet"

I am just completing a Wordpress 3.9 website but the menus are not showing up on mobile or tablet.

The theme used is Bretheon if that helps any.

Kind of need to fix this issue quite urgently so if anyone could assist me I would appreciate it!
