My question I would be guessing that some php coding will be needed I am just not sure where exactly. But I have a footer that is at the bottom of my twenty fourteen theme and if it is viewed on mobile it scrunches up and completely makes the responsive mobile aspects useless. I have considered moving the footer aspects into the actual pages so that they won't impact the mobile version as hard. If there is anyone that could help me that would be great!
