garooga on "How to hide individual posts on mobile devices?"

I've been tinkering with archive pages, but when it comes to mobile, there are elements I'd like to eliminate, particularly the sticky posts that will be atop each one.

Here is the link to the page I'm experimenting on.

Some background:

1. If there is a plugin that adds an option to the post editor with a "hide on mobile" option, that would be brilliant. I am using the Category Sticky Post plugin and have looked for another sticky post plugin with this option.

2. The posts tagged with categories will act as announcements, like "The water will be out from X - Xpm," etc. The website, in it's completed state, has to be very simple to update for future and current employees who have no prior experience with WordPress or coding.
I am creating a help/continuity file as I go, but as soon as I leave my job, the website will have to be updated readily. That is why I really can't consider not using archive pages - they need to be able to simply add a post and tick a category.

3. I am fairly new to WordPress myself, but have a functional understanding of CSS. Outside of that, I may not know exactly what I am doing, but can follow directions quite well.

I apologize for the lengthy explanation - I included it in case someone might have a smarter way of doing this.

Thank you in advance for your help!
