I understand that they don't support their free themes. That's their choice. But I thought it maybe was a regular problem in al kind of theme's and hoped you would have a regular solution for it. But you haven't and it apperently is not a regular problem. So I'll shut down this topic. :-) Is it possible for you to delete my website adress? So my customers won't see this topic if they google my site.
