hoomy300 on "Twenty Fourteen Responsive design not working properly on mobile devices"

yikes. sorry about my last post...

I kind of have an odd problem that i'm not sure how to approach. I'm pretty sure the problem lies within the responsive design code, but I have never touched the code so I wanted to be sure.

The website in question http://www.angryphilanthropist.com and the theme works fine on desktops, but on mobile devices the default wordpress theme shows...

Iphone 5s safari browser

Android (Chrome Browser app Galaxy s4)

When I request the desktop site it shows the proper MOBILE theme...

Kind of baffled by this, since the demo looks fine on the tested devices.

Any suggestions?
