I have a Wordpress based website and a mobile app that is available on both the apple and google stores. I am looking for a popup that will check if the visitor to my wordpress site is on a mobile device and if so display an option for them to download the relevant app (ie it will redirect them to another url). Will your plug-in do this and does it work with any theme?
