The problem is most likely caused by your caching plugin, WP-Super-Cache. You'll need to enable the "Mobile Compatible" options in the WP-Super-Cache options. These options are available under Settings > WP Super Cache > Advanced > Mobile Device support and Settings > WP Super Cache > Plugins > Jetpack Mobile Theme.
