I'm afraid Jetpack won't be able to help you there. Jetpack includes its own Mobile Theme, but your readers won't see it because they're redirected to mobile.fashionoomph.com before your standard site can even load.
I checked your domain settings, and it seems you've added a CNAME record pointing mobile.fashionoomph.com to gdh-mobile.dudamobile.com. Removing the CNAME record should solve the issue.
If you don't recall adding this CNAME record, you might want to check the services you've enabled via the GoDaddy admin panel; they offer Mobile Theme options, and you might have added the Duda Mobile service through one of these options.
