Hi all,
I've just started getting into building wordpress websites, and created one, using a child theme of "Forever", at http://waxedwaxbar.com/
I have spent about 3 days now, trying all the different ways i could do a mobile. From all the plugins with their own themes, (which I still couldn't get to work properly), to themes which are responsive in design, to xhtml-mp, to html5.
I'm hoping if someone could provide some recent discussions somewhere, or advice on what route to go?
Currently I'm looking for a wp theme, that's responsive, white, and easy to modify (child css), the header and the footer, and the drop down menu style/colours.
Or do I get the mobile redirect plugin, and redirect to another subdomain? or do I get a plugin that redirects to another theme custom built for mobile?
but all of the responsive themes I've tired, don't score very well on pagespeed.
any suggestions???
