My client has a gallery on Jupiter theme, http://www.guiradoestate.com/gallery/ but complains that on mobile or ipad she can't pinch in the lightbox to zoom in. This is really because it's responsive. Does Nextgen gallery allow zooming in on the lightbox on ipad?

Yes, there are premium options but they only cost from $2.99/mo (Gold is the most expensive at $9.99).
What's special about premium?
- Mainly the push notifications. To send push notifications we had to build a PN service provider and the $2.99 helps to pay for this.
- Another feature is the live preview which we rent from appitize.io and this helps to pay for that too :).
How long will it take to get the app?
- Around 4 hours. But once you have the app you must upload it to apple. Apple have their own validation periods.

I didn't understand what the issue was, as I think you solved it already ...
About the "easier way to add the code manually for images": just click "Add Media" in the Posts' edit page and afterwards use the magnifying glass in the editor's menu to mark the image for zooming.

You can easily add it to your theme (the pinch/zoom) if you use a child theme and add this to the child theme's header.php
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=.5, maximum-scale=12.0, minimum-scale=.25, user-scalable=yes"/>Envira will respond (via CSS) to the device window based on the styling you have set for images etc in your theme. If you have, say, a 2 column layout for desktop, you could target this with CSS in the media query to make it 1 column and make the image fullwidth of the device window.

@poldyvan - The Lightbox libraries bundled with NextGEN Gallery as a convenience are not "mobile friendly" ... this is part of the reason we provide the NextGEN Pro Lightbox in NextGEN Plus and NextGEN Pro, you are also free to use other third-party Lightbox libraries with NextGEN Gallery as well. We added the "Custom" option under Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects to assist with this.

On it I have a loading page that I built with the plugin "Loading Page with Loading Screen" It works great on my desktop but on my iphone it appears off screen. Is there a bit of css to fix this?

What do I need to do to get my images to resize with the screen size the user is on?
Images look good on the desktop computer, but when you go to your mobile device it cuts the image off to the right. Is there a plugin or css code to get this effect?

Hi friends! I don't know if I'm in the right place. I am helping a friend with a website and we went through wordpress.COM and not wordpress.ORG. I'm using the Gateway theme, but having the same banner issue on mobile and tablet views. I know there was an update to the theme for the .ORG version, but is there anything I can do for the .COM version?

I am new to wordpress and am working on a site that I did not create. I understand how to make changes to the desktop version of the site, but am not sure how to edit anything on the mobile platform. My embedded Vimeo videos play fine on desktops, but do not display at all on mobile phones. On phones, the area where the video is supposed to be is blank - http://www.arrow.org/app_videos. I contacted Vimeo and below is their response.
Hi there! There seems to be some code on your website that is making the videos not appear on mobile. I'd suggest contacting a web developer to help you figure out what's happening here. If you were to embed the video on an otherwise empty, blank page you should see that our player is working as expected.
I put it in the advanced setting spot but when i refreshed my website on my phone it didn't change the size of the tagline. I left the code in the advanced setting this time if that helps.
